Cable cable is The. Best. Internet. When I lived in Toronto and used Rogers, my internet speed was not half as fast or reliable as Cable Cable. They are a local company, with the best customer service that always keeps the community in mind. If you do have a problem- the office takes care of it for you and their tech support is always available. We have had to have a few things repaired over the years at my business, my apartment and my parents cottage- they are always very prompt and effective. Cable Cable will also turn on and off your internet without hesitation when you are leaving the cottage. I don’t know how anyone could ask more from their internet service provider.
I wish cable cable was available for our primary residence - great service, great speed and prices for Internet. Very professional and quick turnaround on set up. For cottagers, the option to pause the service throughout the winter, keeping the modem while not paying the rental is a huge benefit.
Our event was a complete success. We almost doubled the attendance from last year. Thank you very much for the excellent media coverage. We all here at Village Baptist Church look forward to working with you again.

We recently upgraded to the new Cable Cable fio! service in Oakwood. They offer anywhere from 25mbps down to 1gbps down and 10mbps up on all packages. This service is fibre to the modem and the price, for the service you receive, is worth it.
The speeds are as advertised, even during peak hours. No contracts, download limits or throttling. This service is by far the best internet I've ever had. You won't be disappointed!
Recently I have engaged in needing the services of your staff. All I can tell you is the service is exemplary and I try never to miss an opportunity to make sure that recognition is given when it's due.

You sent out a serviceman to my home to repair a problem I was having with my new television. What appeared to be a relatively simple problem turned out to be quite a complex one. The serviceman worked diligently for two hours and was able to solve it. A while ago we were long term Bell Canada customers with phone, internet and tv service to the tune of $250 + a month - I called BELL to delete a couple of items from our cable package to get our monthly bill under control. After 5 phone calls and endless time on hold hearing how important my phone call was to BELL, I was given a number of reasons why my bill could not be any cheaper than it was, so we looked at other options.
With Cable Cable our service has been excellent, any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently and we are happy.

Very reliable service. I have 3 teenagers tearing up that internet, and never have a problem. The prices are amazing, my bill for all 3 services is less than half of what I paid Rogers in Ottawa.
We have experienced phone and internet problems for some time, Patrick came to our house on Wednesday and solved our problems.
While problem solving is part of Patrick's job, it's the way he went about it that impressed me, and deserves recognition. He took the time to discuss the issues, and solutions with me that best suited us. The result when the job was completed was beyond my expectations.
